COME LEARN ABOUT LEMONADE DAY LOMITA!

ALUMS AND FIRST TIMERS WELCOME: LEARN WHAT'S NEW FOR 2024. REGISTER THE KIDS FOR THE PROGRAM.

ALL PARENTS/FAMILIES SHOULD ATTEND AN ORIENTATION TO ENSURE SUCCESS FOR LEMONADE DAY. (Only required to attend one session. Session times available below.)

Lemonade Day Lomita is Coming July 20, 2024!

Lemonade Day is a fun, experiential program that teaches kids how to start, own and operate their very own business: a lemonade stand. The program builds self-reliance and financial literacy, and introduces important business & entrepreneurial skills. Children experience a new level of confidence and see new possibilities for their future as leaders, volunteers, and forward-thinking citizens.

Save the Date!  The 4th Annual Lemonade Day Lomita is Coming July 20th, 2024!

11am to 3pm

Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their own business – a lemonade stand!

Ideally suited for 3rd – 5th graders (open to K-8) who live or go to school in the Lomita area, each child that registers receives access to the Lemonade Day curriculum that teaches them lessons like creating budgets, setting profit-making goals, serving customers, repaying investors, and giving back to the community. Along the way, they acquire skills in goal-setting, problem solving, and gain self-esteem critical for future success. They keep the money they make and are encouraged to spend some, save some and share some. Help us empower today’s youth to be tomorrow’s entrepreneurs!
